What an incredible stay! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our anniversary. Very classy gesture to open the door and have led pillar candles flickering, solid jazz tunes on inbrhe background and petals on the duvet. Suite 4 has awesome charm and character. The only downside, which is no one's fault, is the noise and foot noise from the suite above. It was seriously loud, but the pros outweighed the cons here and it is an excellent property, well maintained, spotless and walking distance to great pubs ans restaurants.

Small building with seven suites in downtown Kemptville. My suite (No. 3) was fantastic. Double bed, very comfortable with duvet covering. lounge area with Roku TV. Kitchen area included mini fridge/freezer, microwave, counter top cooker/toaster. Complimentary coffee/tea and snacks. Bathroom large and water pressure great for a wonderful shower. Ample parking outside. Access was by a code for the doors. No staff on site. This was just by the river and grocery store within walking distance. Overall, better than most other hotels I have stayed in around the world.

Suite 6 is wonderful. Clean, warm, everything you need for a romantic night. Just don’t expect to sleep in. Window is right at the sidewalk edge. Dog living across the road barks at everything when outside at 630am. Can hear people talking on the side walk as they pass. Can hear every car going by on the main st of the town. In our particular case, there was scheduled construction of the suite above us, starting at 730am. No warning at all.

Our suite was great for us. It was comfortable and well appointed. The weather was wet and rainy so we really enjoyed the gas fireplace. One suggestion would be to put a lamp in the sitting area. For people with "old eyes" it was hard to read printed material on the couch.

Fantastic Stay!

I had a fantastic stay at Kemptville Suites and am looking forward to going back. I loved the exposed brick, super comfy bed and fireplace. It was great to have a little kitchen station and I appreciated the treats! And clean, clean, clean.
