Svært hyggelig frokostbetjening og innsjekk. Service i restauranten til middag var dårlig. Reiste alene og ble neglisert av betjeningen. Ingen kom å ville ta imot min bestilling før etter 25 minutter og etter naboen gjorde servitøren oppmerksom på meg. Bordene stod altfor tett..ca 10-15 cm til nabobordene. Aperolglasset ble aldri fjernet. Ingen spørsmål om maten var god, før jeg gikk for å betale. Altfor uerfarne servtører til et slikt sted. Det som reddet kvelden var at kjøttet var utmerket, selv om de glemte saus og tomatsalad som nabobordet fikk. Det var godt for Knistad at jeg ikke var mystery guest…
