“Very disappointing experience. We found more than 15 cockroaches in our room over two nights, despite reporting the issue immediately. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent both nights dealing with the infestation while travelling with a young child. What disappointed us even more was the owner’s attitude. Rather than showing understanding or offering proper assistance, he was rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, this completely ruined our holiday experience.”

The owner and his wife personally greeted us upon arrival and breakfast was purely divine, with a wide selection of locally sourced items (the owner mentioned the marmalades and olive oil are made by his wife, and picked from their orchard) The beach in front the property was perfect for a quick swim, and the hotel was in a very quiet part of town, but just under 5mins drive to the marina and shopping area.”

“We were disappointed with the property because we asked on arrival about noise from the speakers outside the bar/restaurant. We were told there were no other rooms available (when the hotel clearly wasn't full). We were located at ground floor practically next the the restaurant. The lady on reception mentioned the quiet time (2 - 5pm), which was also stated on the check in information. On the second day, this quiet time didn't happen - they still played music all day. “We had a good experience staying in Erato Hotel. Great location, accessible to the beach, bus stop, restaurants and souvenir shops. Highly recommended!”
