Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I booked this property expecting a true 5-star, high-end experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of luxury standards and did not deliver value for the price charged.
The Good:
The location and overall grounds are pleasant, and the staff were generally polite and trying their best.
Areas for Improvement:
Outdated Property: The overall property is tired and in desperate need of a modern facelift. From aging fixtures and worn furniture to dated decor in the rooms and common areas, the aesthetics felt closer to a mid-tier 3- or 4-star property than a premier luxury resort.
Overpriced for the Value: For the price per night, you expect top-tier amenities, flawless attention to detail, and a premium atmosphere. Instead, it felt like paying 5-star rates for a 3.5-star level of execution.
Resort Atmosphere: If you are seeking a quiet, couples-oriented, or tranquil luxury getaway, be prepared—the vibe leans heavily toward a noisy, busy family-and-kids resort. While great for families traveling with children, it takes away from the serene atmosphere typically expected at this price point.
Final Verdict:
Just be prepared before booking. Unless this hotel undergoes a major renovation and recalibrates its pricing or target audience, it is hard to justify the cost. There are far better true 5-star options offering actual luxury at this price level.
