“We were in the Iris room which was lovely and had a river view. The room was very clean and well appointed. Continental breakfast was included which was delicious. My husband had the cooked breakfast which was very reasonably priced. We really liked Rachel and enjoyed our chats and her helpfulness. We highly recommend this place”

“Was well set up, especially the kitchen, so we were able to cook a nice steak. We were allocated a spa bath, but as I have a mobility problem, I opted for a ‘bird bath’. Lots of room &. plenty of blankets.”

“Hanlon Guest House is lovely. Stayed for two nights, and location is beautiful. We walked to cafes and restaurants and to the chairlift. Also penguins viewing platform is only metres away. The housekeeping staff are warm and friendly as well. Parking at front of property is so easy, as was checking in process.”

Spacious, lovely view out to the bay, luxurious touches, fantastic shower, comfortable bed and delicious hot breakfast prepared for us. Walking distance to restaurants, penguins and shops. Couldn't fault it. Highly recommend”

“Gorgeous location right by the Cam river. Ample parkland for children/young families within a very quick walk which is well seperated from the roadways. My stay was post holiday-period, so off-peak I guess. Due to this the onsite restaurant was only going to be open on weekend's.”
