Great location right in the center of orchard road and sommerset MRT only next building, comfortable & spacious room, great customer service. Arrived to the hotel very early due to our flight arrival so we left luggage and do early check in to avoid rush time, however the lady to help us offer to give early check in by 11am. Unbeatable location right on Orchard Road, contemporary design and spacious rooms. But always so crowded with guests and the staff at breakfast (esp the elderly ladies) can be quite dismissive and haughty.
