Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Also, they allowed us to keep our gear in a secure area between hotel checkout and when we were able to board our boat trip. The location is very convenient to restaurants, the beach, and shopping. It is not on the water, but is close! A good place to stay!!

It is 'value priced', has a convenient location and the AC works :) But be realistic in your expectations, this is not competing with the Hiltons and Morgans on the island. Great for an overnight layover. Huge rooms - Really it's a full sized apartment with all the amenities.

Air worked pretty good, kitchen supplies were more than we needed, but we needed little. Housekeeping was very good. Nice elevator. Furnishing was adequate, altho not terribly comfortable. Wifi was weak, but again adequate. Decent parking. Near restaurants, stores, beaches, bars, casinos, ect. Plenty of room. All in all, for the first rental in St. Marteen, good.

This is an old outdated facility. It is in a great location. Rooms are large but the entire place needs an update in furniture and furnishings. Would stay here again if updates are made, otherwise not.
