“Some employees were quite helpful. Others, like one at the reception told me “we do not provide that service” when i requested a fan in my room. He refused to take it to my room and instead pointed at a fan and said you can take that one. There is no A/C in any of the rooms, which isn’t nice when you’re in 36 C heat with humidity. “Tomas was very kind and knowledgeable. Obviously a family run establishment, his Father's art work was lovely. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to our friends.The walk into Rothenburg was very pleasant and only took about 20 minutes.”

“Short spontaneous booking/stay. The place is a bit older, but nice and clean and the owner are kind and not so strict with check-out/breakfast/etc. Spontaner kurzer Aufenthalt. Die Gaststätte ist bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber auch seinen alten Charme bewahrt, mir gefiel es sehr. Alles war sauber und das Nötigeste vorhanden was es braucht. Sehr nette Wirte/Besitzer, die auch bisserl flexibel mit den Frühstücks- und Check-Out-Zeiten waren. Gerne wieder mal.”

“Nobody was at the reception and there was a Problem not being able to finalize the check in (neither online, machine downstairs nor indoor machine). There was a WhatsApp for contacting but nobody answered. Called to an emergency contact number from the hotel and they finally could assist me, but lost 1h15 in the process. Room is confortable and It is modern. ”
