I never stayed. They told me that the county owns the property and they couldn't give me a room. I will be calling to speak with someone who's in charge

Make sure to check in for each reservation. I made a reservation, then noticed I needed another day. I was not told I would need to check in again for the new reservation. I was called while I was in church. The person told me, "You have not checked out. Check out time is 11:00am, and the maids needed to clean the room. That was when I found out I needed to check out then check in." It could have been taken care of when I checked in for the first reservation. I was not happy about that. But now I know what needs to be done if this happens again. All and all my stay was great. The breakfast was at the top. Thank you again for the information and the help.

The room was disgusting and not cleaned from prior guest and the staff, after reporting it did not care. I requested a different room, and even though many were available, they refused to accommodate. I then request that a refund to cancel my stay, and they also refused, despite not having a clean room for me. Stains and hair were everywhere and garbage all over the room.

I love this place, not super fancy but very clean and comfortable. Well maintained, the bathrooms show no signs of age. The breakfast is great, waffles, eggs, toast, oatmeal, cottage cheese, cereal. Get a room with a balcony overlooking the marina, its beautiful and calm and 100% worth it. The waterfront park and two great restaurants are within walking distance. Parking isnt free tho, its 18$ a night.
