I like to have clean washcloths each day and they were not provided. The breakfast bar ran out of milk and was not replaced so could not eat cereal the last three days. The staff was friendly and plenty of parking. Overall it was a good, clean place to stay but the little things can make a difference.

Staff welcoming, clean neat motel. Breakfast was adequate had coffee several choices on juice, waffles, yogurt, muffins and cereal. The retro look was neat. Even microwaves were retro. Room had microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Should I ever be in Silver City again will definitely stay at LuLu

Check in was quick. The staff person was very helpful. The room was clean and the retro touches were what we were looking for when we booked. When we left the staff person was not very friendly. We thanked her and said we plan to come back again and she never looked up.

Very nice experience with old charm. Room was clean and area was good. Front desk morning staff was rude and did not want to be there. Sat on her phone and would not even look up at you when you asked a question. Evening staff was wonderful, kind, and very willing to help answer questions. Room was very comfortable and spacious, would stay here again.

Parking was safe and easy. I arrived late and my room had been given to someone else. They did find me another room so it wasn't an issue but could have been if the hotel had been fully booked. Hotel is around WalMart, food, and gas stations. Hotel was safe. It looked a little older but was in good condition. Very reasonable rate.

I was really pleased with the easy check in and the cleanliness of the room. The room had a table, three chairs, and all the expected amenities. Tonight I'm staying at a costly motel in Payson (Majestic Mountain) at more than twice the price. No table, not a single chair, no soap, no coffee maker, and nowhere to set up a laptop! The Lulu is twice as good at less than half the price!
