The property was clean and well maintained for an old hotel. However when we arrived the room was very hot because the ac was off and the window facing the sun was open. It was 102 that day. The ac kept overheating and shutting off and they refused to move us rooms. We had to just leave and didn’t return until 10:30 pm and it was still uncomfortably warm in the room. Won’t be back. Staff was rude and unhelpful.

We had to make last minutes reservation to stay away from the I70 Mudsled traffic. Luckily there's some vacancies and this hotel was very easy to find. Good location for just a quick rest. The hotel agent recommended us for the dining place, which walkable. Pretty cute environment and vibes. Food was good but warning rare meat eater...you can drink this places' "rare". Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Couldn't use any facility, we were wished to use HotSpring SPA facility we saw in the picture but it was not good weather so we didn't utilized any. I should recommend to being your own amenities. There was no coffee machine but theres breakfast space has coffee n tea in the lobby. Free breakfast was simple, taste, Bailey, yogurt, cereal. No hot meal. We will stop by next time again if and when we come this way. Thank you.

It was a nice relaxing stay and very convenient to walk to downtown with some great restaraunts. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and gave me some recommendations on what to eat at the Miners claim that night.

Information about hotel indicated that "breakfast provided". When I checked, only coffee was available. When I asked man at reception when breakfast would be, the answer was "soon". When I asked "today?" his English as a second language response was "tomorrow". This delayed my departure, as I had to find some place where I COULD get breakfast. Not a single glass(plastic or otherwise) was provided in the roo m. Shower "floor" was smooth and had no mat available. I slipped, but fortuitously did not fall. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
