Silkeborg is a jewel, beautiful for walking and makes a lovely destination. A business hotel mainly, paint peeling and damaged ceiling in the bedroom. No extras such as complimentary water on arrival or in reception, no bathroom extras. No lounge area other than reception. No satilite TV. More could be provided for tourists. A good swimming pool.

3 very nice days in Silkeborg

Extremely specious suite with amble room for the family on our three days stay. Nice hotel in beautiful surroundings next to the picturesque Silkeborg Lake. Very nice breakfast served every morning. EV charging at a fair price. Pool not so large but clean and refreshing. Only thing not so great: We couldnt resrrve a table in the restaurant for our first evening. I guess the restaurant was understaffed due to vacation. Would stay at Scandic Silkeborg again

En lille klage over morgenmaden: rørægget virkede rå og ufærdigt, og baconstumpene til var ikke lækkert. Ros: vi bestilte mad som roomservice, hvilket blev gjordt færdigt senere end lovet. Vi fik kompensation i form af gratis drinks og halvdelen af måltidet var på hotellets regning.
