Overall good , one runner in the gym was not working out of two so I couldn’t work out with my wife , breakfast lack of variety , not enough vegetables , good service , water was not going down in toilet, we asked to fix it but only in evening fixed it , room was good overall

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton for several days, and unfortunately, it did not meet the standard we expected from a 4-star hotel. A few staff members—Ilena, Francesco, Haron Rashid, Antonella, and Pascual—were kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. They were the highlight of our stay. However, our experience with Rossana at the pool bar was very disappointing. When we called to order drinks as instructed by the hotel, she often responded rudely, saying she didn't have time or couldn't come. We addressed this with her more than once, but nothing changed. Overall, most staff were not very helpful and usually referred us to someone else instead of assisting. The breakfast was basic, and the coffee machine was frequently out of order. Although the bed linens were clean, the rooms were outdated. The bathroom fixtures were old, rusty, and in need of renovation, and we also found many ants in our room. Sadly, the poor service, outdated facilities, and lack of maintenance made this stay far below what we expect from a Four Points by Sheraton.

Hotel was great for a quick stop through our EU trip. We had three rooms and the staff was great! We enjoyed food and drinks for the bar and everything was delicious! They even have a 24hr sauna which is nice after traveling all day! Beautiful area, wish we had more time here! The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we had the whole trip and included in stay!

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Modern hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. I was on driving trip and hotel parking was easily accessible and ample. Quick and inexpensive taxi ride to Siena center so I did not have to drive there and search for parking. Taxi ride back to hotel was also quick and easy. Breakfast had good selection of food and was tasty.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar and restaurant were not up to par. The bar was staffed only part of the time and did not offer much in appetizer type food while one is drinking. The restaurant did not open until 7:30PM which is absurd. People are traveling from other countries and need to be able to get their dinner starting at 6PM. As a result, my husband our friends and I had cocktails in the bar with some potato chips and that was dinner. Very disappointed in the bar and restaurant service.

This is a very nice affordable hotels with everything you need. As we had a rental car, we could easily get to places we wanted to go. We used this hotel at the tail end of our visit and would highly recommend it.
