Situated close to the riverside. Minutes from central market, pub street, walking distance to amazing Chanrey Trey and Malis restaurant. Good value. Small pool but functional. Nice breakfast with congee, or Cambodian favorite Kuey Teow. Western breakfast options also available.Fruits were offered sparingly.

They're a little difficult when you go to Book I find if you book direct they'll offer you a 20% discount but they don't equate it to the same rooms that you get an Expedia. I just find they are very difficult to book direct and it's always cheaper to go through Expedia. The rooms are small unless you get a larger third fourth or fifth floor suite I was given one with a balcony and I could sit on the balcony and look 3 feet into a hotel next to mine. The air conditioning is good. The cleaning is good, but I think the only way it really works well as if you get a bigger room the people at the front desk are delightful, but the booking people are very difficult.

Excellent breakfast in a A/C dining room with relaxing music and beautiful decoration, wonderful attentive staff. Comfortable bed and pillows, spacious rooms, 2 pools. Great location, close to everything but on a quieter street. Pick up from airport was perfect. Very reasonable price, we recommend 100%!

Excellent boutique hotel in a very central location yet in a quite street. Very big and clean room. Very good breakfast. Tons of restaurants and nice cafes all around. I stayed in the deluxe king room in the modern wing and it was very spacious and nice. For the price it goes it is really a steal. Whole heartedly recommended
