“This was wonderfully located hotel and room was larger than I had anticipated. The backyard fireplace was quite the plus. I did expect a personal touch upon check in however. The various hours were recited sweetly but not totally digestible and a little impersonal As we were older and looking for a way to carry bags I believe when I asked the driveway would have been better approach than the steps up.
