Before I get into the room quality, I would like to compliment the staff. They were very friendly and welcoming. Once we got into our room, at first it seemed ok. The toilet paper on the roll was more than half used, which is ok but not normal of a best western. Also, there was no towels or soap in our room. When I notified the front desk, they were apologetic and immediately made it right and brought us towels and soap. Upon further looking into our room, we noticed the shower curtain was dirty and had dirty handprints on it. The towels had stains on them and there was dust on the end tables. Definitely seemed half cleaned. Bed was decent but pillows seemed flimsy. Usually best westerns have a higher standard and based on booking photos, we expected that standard. Would not stay again and would spend the extra money for a nicer spot if we were to stay in Heber again. Once again, staff was very nice. Hopefully they can improve the quality of the hotel for future guests.

The manager was the most friendly and welcoming front desk person I’ve come across in years! The room was spotless and without any odor ( not the norm ), the bed comfortable, and shower was strong and hot. The grounds could use a bit of attention (shame on dog owners who don’t pick up their dog’s waste) with litter along the very narrow area to walk pets. Overall, a better economy motel.
