“入住時，櫃檯人員完全沒說明任何設施或服務，甚至還要房客親自詢問。入住時表明會幫忙折抵停車費，結果在停車場卻開不出去，還要打給飯店，員工一句道歉也沒說。房間隔音差，陽台的燈關不掉。退房的時候，員工也是省話到不行，語氣完全感覺不到禮貌。要補繳停車費，直接跟我說：你要給我一百。做人都不會做，還要來飯店工作。”

It is located a short 5 mins walk from the train station which is helpful if you were taking the morning Alishan Railway or connecting to any of the other cities. “因為預算考量，第一次嘗試背包房，整體感覺還不錯，一方面是同住的室友都還能互相注意音量，一方面隔音也做得還不錯，因此睡得還算好。 飯店離文化路夜市非常近，逛街很方便，隔壁就是便利超商，要採購日用備品與餐食很方便。共用衛浴設備也很乾淨，數量也夠，不需排隊使用。每個房間在房門口都有一個獨立的櫃子可存放私人物品，估計應可放得下24吋的行李箱。公共空間部分有廚房及冰箱微波爐烤箱等電器，需要冰存或加熱食物很方便，保持得也很乾淨。 唯一缺點是交誼廳前一晚有團體在聚餐，但事後沒將場地復原，隔天一早起來就看見杯盤狼藉的場面，不舒服。另外，房間使用地毯又沒有對外窗，冷氣不夠強，聞起來有股霉味。自己要鋪床單被套、對於上舖的人而言彎腰拱背進行有點辛苦。”

“Typhoon Fung Wong was coming so Alishan was closed and we couldn't check-in to our Alishan hotel. It was late, dark but no wind and fairly calm, nearby hotels and BnB coming down Alishan were all fully booked (because of the park closure), luckily, found this Green Hotel in Chiayi and were able to book 3 rooms.
