周りの落ちが聞こえず、静かでよい。 部屋もシングルで広く、ベットも大きめ 部屋に冷蔵庫（大きな冷凍庫付き）電子レンジがあるのが助かる。 フリードリンクが離れたフロントに行かなくては行けないこと以外は満足。 コスパ良く、テゲバのサッカーの試合を見るにはたいへんよいホテル。

いちご宮崎新富サッカー場まで、徒歩５分くらい。サッカー観戦の際はとても便利です。近くにユニークな地元スーパー、農産物直売所などもあります。
