Great hospitality and very comfortable facilities. We were traveling as a family with one infant and were impressed with how family-friendly the whole experience was, including baby bath supplies at the onsen and special baby seats and tableware at meals. The staff also went above and beyond to accommodate dietary restrictions (vegan) for the kaiseki dinners -- we just had to communicate this beforehand. The Tsukioka Onsen town shuttle also made it easy to get there without needing to rent a car. Highly recommended.

A big thank you to the employees who took care of us! Indeed, they took the time to completely change our evening meal in order to adapt to our dietary restrictions without having to pay extra. Despite the language barrier, because the staff do not speak English very well, our requests have all been treated with the utmost care.
