Good location in Sherbrooke. Restaurants and actives nearby including grocery stores, Timis. Downside room was outdated. No fan in bathroom so after hot shower everything would get wet, No smart TVs to connect to devices, staff seemed overwhelmed or unprepared to deal with weekend rush and didn't have extra creamers, bathrobs due to the weekend rush. Other than that trip was great. Nice brunch spot less than 5 min drive away.

This hotel was very comfortable, clean and had friendly staff.. I enjoyed the pool in the hot tub, and the restaurant was decent for breakfast.. Parking was easy and there’s a lot of restaurants nearby

Great location if you are traveling by car. Next to the highway and plenty of restaurants and services near by. The front desk staff were very polite and professional. Plenty of parking. Can be a bit noisy because rooms are designed next to the parking so if you open the windows (nice patio doors by the way) you will here parking activities. The room was comfortable BUT NO HOUSEKEEPING was done while we stayed there. The website advertised 1 housekeeping per stay. We hanged the sign and asked the front desk but they never came. In the evening after asking again, another front desk employee came and gave us clean towels and supplies. He was very nice and apologize for the situation. The pool looked nice but we did not use it. They serve breakfast also but we did not eat there. Worth mentioning: the fridges in the room are quite big so you could bring more that a few drinks. Overall the price was right for this hotel, the location is great for people travelling by car, front desk employees are professionals and beside the lack of housekeeping the room was comfortable.

The hotel is ok, but disappointing for a supposed 4 star. The decor is very dated, predominantly dark and brown with little light in the rooms. There is no bar or communal area at all, the restaurant is good for breakfast (we didn’t try the evening pasta bar) but seems limited and run as a separate venue to the hotel. This feels more like a motel where you have a reception. Desk and a room and that’s it, than a fully functioning hotel with services.

Some staff were friendly and welcoming. Maids neglected our room 2 days in a row, and our sign was on the front of the door asking to have our room cleaned etc. Told the concierge and he apologised and provided clean towels which helped. Day 2 same scenario, no maid service. Two different staff were aware there were issues with their cleaning staff but this doesn’t excuse our room not being cleaned. Others in our group did not receive maid service.
