Loved the hotel. Beautiful property grounds, nice pool areas and nice beach. Restaurants have good food. The toasted almond coffee is so good. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. Will definitely be back.

The suite was spacious and comfortable.There was discarded towels and sheets in the hallway and were still there the next day.ordered breakfast from room service and they brought wrong food. It was cold because air would not turn off.

Stunning views. Very well kept exterior with wonderful views. All staff was super friendly and helpful. Otto's is just ok. Concourse tasty and Moira was very helpful and fun. Courtyard view rooms are roomy. But old. Knobs on dresser loose. Screens ripped and kept together with scotch tape. Balcony super webby. Toilet takes a long time to complete flush. Water pressure and temps are perfect and easily adjustable. Plenty nearby to do. Great bands and entertainment on hotel grounds and 3 min walk away at Tiki. 3.85/5. Rounded to a 4.

Wonderful property as usual. Room service was delicious and love the oversized tub. Parking remains a nightmare on race weekends. And warning, the outdoor pools are not heated. Learned that the hard way. Lake Deck looks great!

We had an incredible stay at this resort. The outdoor pool wasn’t open yet, but it was just getting ready to open and it looks stunning. The room was lovely and the bartenders were incredible. We also had a delicious breakfast both mornings on site. We had an issue with our air-conditioning not working the first night and they graciously moved us to a nicer room, except for the inconvenience of having to move all of our things after one night. It was fantastic the way that the staff responded. Even though it was later in the evening.
