As I look back to my past trips, I remember most of the good hotels I stayed at. Four Seasons, Fiarmont, Ritz-Carlton and Conrad. They are all top-notch properties, and I certainly have great memories with them. However, with my first visit to a St.Regis property, even with a high expectation, this was the best hotel Iā€™ve stayed in a long, long time. Staffs were unbelievably professional and kind, and the property itself was immaculate. I recommend this hotel and the brand to anyone, as I canā€™t imagine anyone complaining about anything about this hotel including rooms, staffs and the food. A MUST for any luxurious traveller!

We used the swimming pool every morning and enjoyed the quietness and good service there. The breakfast is comprehensive and the quality of food is fantastic. I also want to thank Novia at the front desk, who checked us in and out and provided the most thoughtful service and advice to us. I'd recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

I had a very enjoyable stay at The St. Regis Shanghai on the Bund. The hotel is elegant and comfortable, and the overall service was very good. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of choices and good-quality food. I also visited the hotel bar during my stay. The drinks were good and the atmosphere was pleasant, although I felt the cocktails were good rather than exceptional. One area that could be improved was the room-cleaning service. On a couple of occasions, I needed to call by phone to request that my room be cleaned. It would be great if the housekeeping service could be more consistent and proactive in the future. I would especially like to recognize Derrick Hu for his outstanding help and hospitality during my stay. Derrick was exceptionally attentive, professional, and thoughtful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I felt well looked after. His warm and genuine service made a real difference and reflects the high standard of hospitality I associate with St. Regis. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and truly appreciated Derrickā€™s excellent service. Despite a few areas that could be improved, the experience was very positive, and I would be happy to return and recommend the hotel to others visiting Shanghai.

Great holiday with the Shanghai St Regis ! Beautiful view of skyline and river walks along Bund. Enjoyed the fitness room, pool, hotels Chinese restaurant was lovely, and enjoyed evening cocktails in hotel bar/ lounge. Amazing place by the Bund. Great service and amazing hotel. Will stay there for sure when I come back. The only thing I can complain about is the invoice in pdf that was never sent to my email, but with this review I'm sure they will send it and it was probably just forgotten. Until next time.

It was my first visit to China. I travel a lot and trust me when I say it that THIS hotel is Excellent. From the first email I sent to the reservation and their incredibly prompt respond, to the transport arrangement from the airport organized to by the concierge to the fastest check in done by Sunny, who was the most gracious and professional ever, to then to Jason, my butler who helped me with choosing the perfect room with the view! Fernando at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful and I was nicely surprise by the cards of appreciation they left in my room. The rooms was very clean, food was amazing, both at the breakfast and at the "Spago" restaurant. Spa is beautiful and the location is fantastic.St. Regis on The Bund is Absolutely Stunning, the Art Deco design is breathtaking and the level of kindness and professionalism that I've experienced from every employee I cam across was Top Notch. Congratulations St. Regis. If I ever go back to Shanghai I will make sure to stay there again. Ania K

I would especially like to give Derrick Hu a high level of recognition for his outstanding help and hospitality during my stay. Derrick was exceptionally attentive, professional, and thoughtful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I felt well looked after. His warm and genuine service made a real difference and truly enhanced my stay. Overall, I had a very positive experience at The St. Regis on the Bund. While there are a few areas where the hotel could improve, Derrickā€™s excellent service stood out and made my stay particularly memorable. I would be happy to return and would recommend the hotel to others visiting Shanghai.
