5/5 Excellent – Outstanding stay with unbeatable river views! We had a fantastic stay at the Novotel Shanghai Atlantis and will definitely be booking here again on our next trip to Shanghai. We stayed in a Corner Junior Suite overlooking the river, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Having complimentary breakfast included was a huge plus, and the afternoon happy hour at the rotating rooftop restaurant made the experience extra special—the views from up there are unbelievable! A very special shoutout to Ma Junfeng at the front door. He greeted us warmly every single day and went above and beyond to help us with our daily needs, including loading and unloading our vehicles with a great attitude. Overall, it was a wonderful, seamless stay with top-notch service. Highly recommended!

Great stay near Lujiazui Clean, spacious room with nice city views. Staff at Novotel Atlantis were friendly and spoke good English. Super convenient for Pudong Ave - 5 mins walk to metro, easy access to Lujiazui and Oriental Pearl. Good 4 star value. Would love to stay again.

I used this hotel as a layover for my 30 hours in Shanghai. From check in with Joanna, who was excellent, knowledgable and very courteous; to moving around on the metro- the hotel is ideally situated and has more than enough for the purpose of business travel.

Hotel was lovely, staff really helpful. Early check in was allowed. Breakfast was amazing and restaurant had vest views of Shanghai. Hotel was built in 2000 so you can see some bits which needs doing. Most notably pool area. Next to the hotel there is a small mall which has a lot on offer.
