A true Route 66 gem, pure nostalgia done right! Staying at the Shamrock Country Inn felt like stepping back in time. This classic motor court still has that authentic Route 66 character, and the owners have clearly put a lot of care into keeping it that way. The staff and owners were friendly, helpful, and genuinely enjoyable to interact with. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were excellent. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and character filled stop on Route 66 (or just passing through Shamrock), this is a wonderful choice. We’ll happily stay here again.

We stayed in a room with three beds which was really nice for our family. I wish more hotels offered that! The room is definitely old, but well maintained, and that’s just part of its charm. There were some dead beetle-looking bugs along the baseboards. Breakfast was okay, they do have a waffle maker, which is a plus! This was a great stay for the location and the price.

We stayed there last year about this time. Owner was friendly and funny. It is an older property but he works hard with his family to make this property clean and inviting. We made a point of returning on our cross country trip because of the care the owners put into this property. We had some scary incidents as we traveled, but he doesn't put up with any rifraf and we slept well because we felt safe. I would highly recommend this property. We will always put this on our list of stops when we travel. 5 stars.

It was very clean inside our room. There were some cosmetic issues but did not hurt our stay. I have not stayed in a motel for along time that used an actual key to get in our room. It brought back a lot of good memories and also didn’t even know when I booked it was on Route 66 big plus for memories I can now say I was on Route 66.

It's nice to stay at the Shamrock Country Inn, especially for someone who grew up on Route 66 and appreciates the nostalgia of the vintage motels. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast is provided.
