Great location, close to the water and walkable to many restaurants and shops. Lobby has good atmosphere. Didn't get a chance to try breakfast. Room was a little outdated and bathroom was small. Hotel served the purpose for what we needed. The waterfront rooms had great views.

This property is the nicest in town currently. It's location can't be beat with downtown 1 block away and the seaside center 2 blocks away. And some rooms have great views of the sound.

The location is perfect. I would stay here again based on that alone. The hotel needs some updating, small bathroom/sink area. Good and helpful staff. You have to request housekeeping, which isn’t a big deal but no one told us that so we were confused when we didn’t have any service after the first few days of our stay.

Street parking, unload car in handicap spot when full. Staff was very nice, gave me an upgrade. Rooms are very small, happy for upgrade. Some rooms have no windows. Some rooms have small balcony.
