The place was so warm a cozy. The rooms were a little small but very well planned out and comfortable. The best thing was the morning breakfast, made to order and our server in the morning was wonderful. The location is perfect and close to everything you need.

Don't think the room size matches what I saw from the picture, room smaller than I expected. The highlight is breakfast, the best I have had in any hotels.

The entrance is upstairs over a bike shop which was a little surprising but fine. Nice room with good views. Superb breakfast.

Very responsive. Helpful tips to enjoy the area. Place is well located. Far enough from the cruise ship crowds and yet within a few mins walk from the town’s free shuttle stop, restaurants, sea life center and still walkable to the busier side of town.

Loved the property and rooms. Close to town (except train station) but shuttle goes around town all day. Be sure you can carry luggage up several flights of stairs.

Breakfast was nice. Only one full size bed. There’s a loft with another bed but it’s a little sketchy getting up there if you are a senior citizen.

Clean room, cozy as advertised. Has a European flare. My older children and friends all enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Breakfast was made fresh to order and very good.

Awesome little B&B in Seward. The staff was great at communicating about the property. The rooms had plenty of space and a great loft for the kids. The location is unbeatable for exploring downtown Seward or a quick drive up to the small boat harbor. It was a great find for visiting Seward!!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the freshly prepared breakfast every morning was such a lovely touch. Everything was served hot and fresh, and our host was very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that the walls are quite thin. Unfortunately, we had neighbors who didn’t follow the B&B’s quiet-hours policy after 10 PM, which made it difficult to relax at night. While this can certainly depend on the guests staying next door, it would be nice if the quiet-hours policy could be monitored or gently reinforced by the property when needed. Other than that, this is a lovely place to stay for a few days in Seward. We really enjoyed the location and our stay overall, and would happily recommend it.

5 stars - loved the stay with my son here. Staff is very nice and makes excellent breakfast in morning. I was able to put my own food in kitchen refrigerator and heat it up in microwave in their kitchen. The view of ice-covered mountains from the breakfast room is exceptional.

Property was as advertised - accurate description but, some rooms are smaller than others. The one we were in was quite tight with room only to move around the bed, No desk. The loft is as described and is fit for children or young adults who are slim in stature and fortunately, our kids fit that description. The bathroom was clean and all amenities were provided. Breakfast is made to order, hot, filling and good (scrambled eggs, omelet, toast, homestyle potatoes, sourdough waffles). Convenient to town center (two minute walk) with variety of restaurants and stores, 30 minute walk to cruises or 5 minute drive.

Our room, number 8, was very comfortable. We had enough area for our things, but our traveling companions’ room was very tight. Our bed was very comfortable and the shades and curtains made the room very dark, which was so helpful with so much sunshine in Alaska. It was nice to be able to use the kitchen refrigerator and be able to wash dishes. The breakfast was delicious and served in a timely manner. Please know there are two flights of stairs to manage in getting your suitcases upstairs. Somehow we missed knowing this when we booked it. Overall, we had a wonderful stay there.

This is a lovely and quaint bed-and-breakfast in Seward. The location is good for exploring the historic downtown area with the shops and restaurants. There is a city shuttle if you wanna go further north in town for some excursions. Most excursion companies also offer a free pick up. It is a much better neighborhood to stay and then uptown. Sara and her staff operate this property and take care of your every need. The morning, hot breakfast to order was outstanding! We enjoyed fresh fruit salad, eggs to order bacon, and sausage and amazing sourdough waffles. Certainly a really good find in Seward!
