Very good location but be warned, the apartment is opposit a popular restaurant/bar so it was noisy till late like 12.30am. There are other restaurants/bars up the laneway, so again people's walking and talking + restaurants'staff dragging bins to clear rubbish at late hour like 1am/1.30am. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Without furniture dragging/heavy footsteps/door slamming and outside noises from the laneway, it would have be a good holiday experience. Suitable for those who love partying out till everything shut (we think).

This is the kind of room you would not linger in as ours had no view at all. Upside is the space, amenities and location Downside is that it’s just facing a line of rubbish bins with collectors coming at 2am to clear them. We can hear noises from the street which cannot be helped because of the echo on the wall facing the building. We could live with it, but for those sensitive to noise, it can be rather unbearable.

Perfect spot!

The location was perfect, a two minute walk to the cathedral. Clean, well appointed apartment. The roof top patio was a great way to enjoy a cool Seville eve.

Fantastic apartment, it is so close to the cathedral and being in the centre, it made everything walkable. The apartment had everything you could need. Communication was great, we had all the details we needed and the key being your phone was handy!

Great location

We had a one night stop over in Seville. The apartment was in a great location. Check in was so easy even though there was no front desk all information was provided over text and any questions we had were answered immediately. Would definitely recommend. Only downside was that streets were quite noisy at night but after our travels this was something we realised we had to get used to.

I wanted the 2 bathroom apartment and this property delivered with 2 large size bathrooms. They were clean, roomy and modern! The apartment was clean and the third double sofa bed was comfortable. It you are a light sleeper the bells of there cathedral may wake you up though. It did not really bother us too much.

We stayed for 3 nights during our visit to Seville. We arrived early,so the lady at the front desk ( at their sister property)offered to store the luggage until the room was ready. We loved the property. We are a family of four 2 adults and 2 teenage kids. The bedrooms were so spacious each with their own attached bath.Loved the closet space in the main bedroom. The property was very modern and clean. We used the kitchen and laundry and all the monuments were walkable with plenty of restaurants nearby. Our teenage kids were so happy with the size of their bedroom . Please note that the coffee pods and laundry soap are complimentary and for1 day only,so if you need more coffee pods you need to buy them .Highly recommend this property

This is absolutely the best option for a few days in Sevilla! The location is amazing and near to everything. It was clean and the kitchen had everything needed. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group of 3 adults and 1 teen. Elevator was an unexpected bonus! One of the highlights of our trip was the opportunity to watch the feria fireworks from the rooftop terrace! Would book again in a heartbeat!!!
