Seamless check in process with no onsite staff. Get a code/pin via app. The location is accurate and very convenient to the cathedral and all restaurants. The rooms were basic and the pool was ok, just small, but worth it to take a cool dip. The roof views were amazing. Unfortunately we got stuck in the elevator at night and emergency services had to come. Given that there’s no onsite staff for an Aparthotel, getting help took longer.

Gem in Seville!

Our Stay here was great! Loved the location with lots of places to eat on the same street, plus walking distance from the Real Alcazar and the cathedral. Super clean, comfortable beds and very spacious!

We had never stayed in this type of accommodation where there is no front desk and only a virtual check in. I was a little nervous but the communication throughout was excellent. We stayed in a 3 bedroom and it was a bonus after travelling for a week that this had a washing machine. We did use the plunge pool. There was nobody there the 2 times we ventured to the roof. The water was an acceptable temperature and a welcome treat after walking around in +36C. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked. There is not daily maid service but we were fine with that. They have a cupboard on the 1st floor where you can store your luggage if you arrive before the check in time. You can also get additional supplies for your room, but there never seemed to be any extra towels. We will use these type of places again.

Very central location. We had a duplex accommodation in centre of Seville. Neat and Clean. They even have luggage lockers if you are arriving early or leaving late. The only down side was that they didn’t have enough dishes in the kitchen for 4. For example, we were four and we had only 2 cups. Rest all was very good. Digital checkin and checkout. We can definitely use them again in Seville.

The room was in good condition and the staff was good. However, we had problems to enter because we didn't receive the codes on time and we had to wait at the hotel entrance.. We also asked for a late check out and even we had a good response from the staff, after a various call we finally received the email with the transaction to activate.. When we tried to enter the codes didn't work because nobody knew we had the late check out, one of the staff who trusted us, opened the door and we could stay until 1 pm.. The remote control didn't work, they tried to solve the problem but they couldn't, so we couldn't use the TV. The apartment was good so no complains about and location is very central. The only issue there are a lot of restaurants / bars downstairs so was very loud very late in the night, what did i expect from Spain :-) Parking is a nightmare and if not for a amazing Numa employee who helped us park we would have been stranded. Dont advice the location for people driving or new to driving in old town Seville.

Great apartment in hyper-central location in the old town! We had all the comforts of home and, despite having a ground floor apartment right on a busy street, if was super quiet (the rooms are set back). Not a lot of natural light in the bedrooms but I rather have quiet then light in this case. Very easy to get in, check in and out fully online. Shared roof terrace has great views of the cathedral, tables for al fresco DIY dinners, and a small pool for cooling down.

Amazing stay in Sevilla!

This a great hotel that made our vacation unforgettable. They offered early access to the property which allowed us to drop our luggage at their storage, you access the property thru a code that opens the main door and gives you access to your room. Room has all the amenities of an apartment, even with a washer, fridge and cooking option. Our room was in the first floor but you could not hear the outside noise from the street. Walking distance to everything, top floor has a pool and a great view of everything around you. Will definitely consider going back to this hotel. Almost forgot, you select your breakfast among 3 choices in advance and it is delivered every morning to your room door!
