Fantastic location for visiting all of Seville’s beautiful sites. The rooms, breakfast , and staff were all top notch. Only complaint was shower head (one of those hand helds) wasn’t functional for a typical free flowing shower as it required hand holding to use.

We were affected by the UK air traffic control glitch. The receptionist (Inez) could not have been more reassuring that our room would be held. To aid us in our compensation claim they provided a formal document stating we had missed 2 Ishtar of our pre-paid stay - thank you. On arrival the receptionist planned us a route to walk to get our orientation to the area, circling the “must - do’s” in our limited time left. Everything she showed us we found and thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely be back. Great position, quiet at night and lovely people.

The room had two Juliette balconies and was clean and spacious. I found the beds a bit too firm. Breakfast was wonderful and the rooftop pool was really cool with the different lounging areas and pool bar. Centrally located around lots of shops and restaurants

All the staff were helpful and friendly, especially Daniel H who manned the rooftop poolside bar every afternoon in 40 degree heat! I don't think I've ever met a more attentive and smiley member of staff in any hotel, ever! Room was clean, shower was powerful, breakfast was lovely.
