The hotel is on a corner with very welcoming staff and a very nicely decorated lobby area. The room was clean, great size and had nice amenities available. The only drawback during this stay was the elevator went out for a day requiring going up and down the stairs to the third floor. The location is convenient to walk to many restaurants and sightseeing areas.

We stayed 2 nights here and were not very pleased with our stay. We got a basement room that had a window that was blocked by a wall and right next to our room they were doing construction so early morning you got a hammer drill wakeup. No iron in your room, half a toilet roll and small little bottle of shampoo and conditioner, pretty disappointing at a 4 star hotel rating. They do have a small pool on the 4th floor but with so many guests it is pretty crowded as you had small kids also trying to enjoy the pool. Location was very good and staff was helpful and friendly.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was great, many choices. The room was big, walk in shower, and the rooftop pool and bar was beautiful.
