I wasn't able to book travel through renfe's own app because of application errors and the lady at the front desk did that for me with a lot of patience as it required filling a lot of fields. Overall a well kept property, spacious rooms and super comfortable beds. The location is very convenient with great dining places and major attractions within minutes of walk.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! From being greeted to sitting down and having a cocktail while listening to a guitarist play during the check-in process set the bar extremely high our room was the family room, extremely spacious and comfortable!
