It's a perfect spot, seriously the best location, and the staff is super helpful! Just a heads-up though, there's a bit of an ant issue in the kitchen and bathroom. Honestly, if it weren't for that, it would totally be a perfect 10/10! 😊

Great apartment, very spacious and not far from the tourist areas. Pool is bigger than it seems in the pictures. Bathrooms unfortunately only had soap and shower gel, no shampoo and conditioner.

Clean spacious rooms. Pool a great add on for the summer. Hotel is well situated , walking distance from all the landmarks. Only downside are the time of use of the pool and the laundry. After a long day out would be nice to be able to go to the pool past 9 pm. Overall great place to stay ! Would definitely go back there

The best part of this hotel is the location and the pool. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. The pool is cool and shaded. Unfortunately the staff were not very welcoming or friendly. The room itself was very spacious and had a full kitchen and 2 tvs. However it also had a foul sewage smell and an ant problem in the kitchen along with an annoying generator-like humming, I believe from the AC. I’ve seen many other reviews with the same concerns and unfortunately it does not seem like they have tended to the problems. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Lovely, warm welcome as I had arrived at the apartments a few hours earlier than official check in. Reception informed the room was ready which great. Every mod con available in the room and the code lock system via WhatsApp is so simple. Seville was stunning, I will back in a few weeks and will definitely look to stay atLumbreras16 again!!!

Loved the property, very handy for 2 couples sharing the 2 bed apartment. 2 bathrooms so had one each. Convenience store a very short walk away. Many bars an restaurants within 5-10 min walk Longer walk into the centre.

Lovely place to stay - modern well equipped apartment, loads of space and very clean. Great location off Aveneda de Hércules so lots of amazing tapas bars, other eateries and local shops near by and only a 10-15 minute pleasant flat walk to city centre shopping and sights. Laundry facilities are excellent, pool is more a plunge pool than a swimming pool in a small courtyard at back of hotel but enough to cool off in. We’d definately recommend and stay here again

Reception staff were efficient and friendly. The apartment is slightly out of the centre but the walk through Feria wasnt too far and gave a sense of 'real' Spain. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We had a terrace by the pool which was lovely. The shower was great with plenty hot water at all times.
