“Located almost half way on the Shimanami Kiado steps from the sea in a quite little town. The room was minimal. The hotel doesn’t offer amenities and only two coffee bags and no milk. Checkin wasn’t till 4pm and after a long day cycling in summer an earlier check in would have been appreciated. What we payed for a small amount of time in the room was high. We also had a shared bathroom and toilet. The restaurant was underneath the rooms and you could hear people talking.”

“I had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, welcoming, and very helpful, and the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable throughout my visit. The only small difficulty was finding the location on my first arrival, but once I found it everything was excellent. Thank you very much for your hospitality.”

“The amenities and location of the property made it a super comfortable and relaxing stay. It was beautifully designed and the view was great! (Worth the uphill climb and slight detour from the main shimanami kaido route!) Smooth and easy communication with the owner. Google maps location was accurate. Breakfast provided was decent. If you are staying in the property for more meals, bring more food along. Kitchen is well furnished. Will choose to stay here again!”

“Gran experiencia y sorpresa…. Desde el lugar donde está el hotel, junto a un jardín con cerezos, y junto al museo… hasta el check out…. todo fue espectacular, la habitación es muy amplia y agradable, decorada con algunos detalles que sólo acentúan la impresionante vista que tienes desde el ventanal de tu habitación! Es realmente hermosa… Un bar en el 3er piso con terraza, muy agradable y personal que habla varios idiomas, algo que agradecí enormemente… Su Onsen, hermoso, muy bien...

“It’s a stone throw away from the station. Initially went to store my luggage since I arrived earlier before check-in and both my luggage were sent straight to my room when I came back in the evening. Hotel may look dated but everything works well and it’s a comfortable stay.”
