Exceptional service from all the staff. Our son is on the spectrum and the hotel manager organised a very late check out for us as our flight was later in the evening. The food, room and facilities could not have been better. All in all a fantastic stay.

Premium lagoon suite amazing! VIP service was disappointing though, no cafe food service for suites, wine and fruit didn’t arrive until I asked, pool towels not provided last day. We had an amazing stay at Paloma Grida and would absolutely come back again. The hotel offers the perfect balance between a relaxing romantic getaway and a comfortable family-friendly atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful sea view that made every morning special. Waking up to the sound of the sea and watching the sunset from the balcony was one of the highlights of the trip. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and very fast whenever we needed anything. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The amenities were excellent — the pools were clean and spacious, the beach and sea were beautiful, and there was always something to do during the day. We especially enjoyed the gym and yoga classes, which added a relaxing and healthy touch to the vacation. The food was another standout point. There was a wide variety of delicious options every day, and everything was fresh and well prepared. Overall, Paloma Grida exceeded our expectations in every way. Das Hotel und die Lage waren top. Auch das Essen war sehr gut. Die Reservierungen für die Restaurants sollte man unbedingt gleich am ersten Tag vornehmen, da sonst schnell alles ausgebucht ist. Im Hauptrestaurant kann man ebenfalls sehr gut essen. Wenn man früh genug dort ist, ist es außerdem noch angenehm ruhig. Der Privatpool-Bereich war TOP! Auch die Live-Musik war sehr gut. Die Aufführungen könnten allerdings noch etwas verbessert werden. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub, und wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Unsere Bewertung für dieses Hotel ist das wir es jeden mot Familie empfehlen können. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und es ist Familienfreundlich. Die Geselschaftist dementsprechend. Punkte Abzug ist der Service der überfordert ist und das Hotel ist etwas langweilig im Bezug Themen wie z.B mal ein Spanisches Abend machen oder Türkischen etc. Das war etwas langweilig leider. Aber ansonsten alles Top und sauber.
