We stayed in the resort for the first time with family for a week. Overall the staff is very polite and their service is excellent. The bedroom is very nice but some appliance can do updating. Food is excellent and the Italian a la cart is the best and we go there pretty much every day and no booking needed. The pool and the beach is nice and it's cleaned every evening by staff. We would definitely return to this resort with our any problems.

The location is excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. Food, drinks, and snacks were very good in terms of quality and quantity. Animators did the job. The pool is a good size and is well-maintained. However, overall, the hotel needs improvements; the rooms have many issues with the ceilings, wallpaper, floors, and bathrooms. For example, in my family room, which is the most expensive room in the hotel, I have a patch of paint on the ceiling, ripped wallpaper, and a shower so small you can barely get in. In particular, I would like to mention the transfer company operating in the hotel lobby. I paid for the trip to Antalya for my family, but the car had a broken AC, so we had to stop on the highway and wait 30 minutes in +35C weather for a replacement car. As compensation, the offer is one free trip. When I ordered a trip for my daughter to the airport at 5:30 AM, the driver was 25 minutes late, then left without explanation, and I had to call a local taxi.

Nice place with friendly staff

Nice place with friendly and accomodating staff. As we arrived early in the morning and needed to leave later in the afternoon we were offered early check in and late check out to a very reasonable price. The pool area with facilities are well kept and nice with plenty of things do do and a good variety of drinks, ice cream, coffee and food. The buffet food is of good quality and the only thing we really missed was the possibility to order nicer wines which was not possible even for extra cost. Overall we were very satisfied and enjoyed very good golf courses in the surroundings. Would definitely recommend the area.

I did not enjoy our stay at this resort. We have been to numerous all inclusive resorts in different countries and this was our worst experience. The staff are generally unfriendly and not willing to help. Many of the staff were not prepared to serve us or help us because we spoke English. The resort allows patrons to smoke openly everywhere, lobby’s restaurants and rooms, we just could not get away from the cigarette smoke and the smell. We found that other patrons of the resort had a poor habit of staring at us and made us feel very uncomfortable. Our experiences right from check in , guest relations, even at the restaurants were not good. Needless to say we will not be returning or staying at any of those hotel chains again.

Die Anlage ist eigentlich ganz ok, leider sind die Pools für die Anlage zu klein. Das Essen war nicht abwechslungsreich für ein 5 Sterne Hotel habe ich besseres erwartet. Das Personal war ganz nett und Hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein angenehme Woche gehabt, allerdings würde ich nicht zum 2.mal kommen wollen.

Personal wirklich nett, hilfsbereit zu Kindern alle sehr freundlich. Für die Kids gibts den ganzen Tag Action 💪. Auch Menschen mit Unverträglichkeiten beim Essen wird geachtet, und alles gezeigt was man essen darf was nicht. Es wird auch extra Essen zubereitet. Zum empfehlen!!
