The Plaza Hotel is a lovely historic hotel, old hotel. While our room was not very functional, it had a fantastic view. The buffet is quite expensive, and the hotel does not have a bar for guests who want to enjoy a drink.

Our stay was great! All the staffs were accommodating to all of our requests. All the staffs are helpful, friendly, and kind. We asked to change rooms, and ask for a late check out. They granted us extra three hours free of charge. They also gave us gifts. Thank you Plaza Seoul Authograph Collection for recognizing my stays. I will keep coming back, as our home away from home. Our family was comfortable and enjoyed our family vacation here. Everything was walking distance to main attractions, food, gwanghamun square. Thank you so much to all the staffs. Until next time.

The air is overall dry in the room and warm in the rest of the hotel. The rooms are small which is typical, but comfortable to stay in. The bellhop staff are very friendly and helpful with local suggestions and travel tips.

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. The staff were very accommodating throughout our stay, and the bell staff were especially friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and the rooms are nice and comfortable. My only criticisms are that the black carpeting in the hallways and rooms seems to attract and show dirt easily, and the shower did not drain properly, causing water to pool outside the shower area. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The great location and exceptional service more than made up for the minor issues.

What differentiates top rated hotels is not the property as much as the staff. The Plaza front desk staff was incredibly helpful in making arrangements and following up. They cheerfully assisted in making my wife’s birthday truly special. As a result, our stay at the beautiful Plaza Hotel in Seoul was most enjoyable.
