The hotel is well located though many key attractions are about 10-15 minutes away. The staff is kind and the property is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good and a decent value compared to USA prices for something similar. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The lobby is a quiet place to work or wait before or after check in/check out. I would stay here again. Nice Korean mid-range business hotel. My first time using a room service robot : )

The cafe and breakfast are excellent. Wide choice of Eastern & Western breakfast offerings including an egg station. Spacious dining area that has plenty of seating. Fresh ground coffee machines a selection of juices. Only recommendations are, stay open another half hour, and a bit more fruit offerings would be nice.

I had to change 2 rooms during my 6nights of the stay, almost changed to the third room but I was exhausted on the last night.During the stay, I have encountered some serious bugs, overwhelmingly stinky smell from the bathroom in the middle of the nights and the constantly dripping sound from the ceilings……..The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they were doing their best to accommodate me. However the hotel was really dated. The rooms were visibly leaked for long time, the wallpaper had large bubbles.
