Location: Excellent. It offers super easy access to public transportation and plenty of great eateries right in Insadong. Having a WOWPASS machine right on site was a fantastic and convenient touch. The on-site coin laundry also made the stay even smoother. The room was as expected and maintained well. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend it to friends and family!

Our stay with Nine Tree is the highlight of our trip. It is the best decision we ever made. The room was clean and we loved the wide window which had nice view. Any guests should eat at Lamer Restaurant as it provides fresh and delicious food. The ambience is superb and very clean. All employees especially the front desk representatives were great and efficient. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends in USA and Philippines.

We loved the location and the helpful staff and lockers to leave luggage! The room and shower were fine. The carpet on the floors and hallway is so old and lifting up and stained and the lobby is so nice and clean and modern that they should take out the carpeting and put nice floors

The family suite was so special. Our kids loved it. The mini toilet and sink were such a luxurious and adorable touch. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were so warm and friendly with our kids and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. This was the perfect start to our Korea trip!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The area is well connected to the subway but calm and quiet at night. The GS25 convenient store 1 minute from the hotel was super handy too!
