Great hotel, clean and down the street from everything( food markets, 2 minutes walk in both directions, shopping, Bukchon Hanok Village, Cheonggyecheon and palaces). Free washing and drying, snacks in a little microwave kitchen. Would recommend this hotel 10/10

Great location, room was small but clean and modern, addiotonal services free of charge were brilliant like washing machine and coffee station. This hotel has no staff and this is the only problem with the hotel. I sent them a message before my booking asking if I can leave my luggage to the hotel before checking in. No reply. On the morning of my arrival I went to the hotel to see if there’s a luggage room. There was a qr code to contact the hotel staff via Whatsapp. Sent three messages and to this day have not received any reply!
