I chose this in Seoul because I felt confident on what I'd expect based on staying at other Moxy Hotels in the past. This hotel over-delivered on my expectations. Staff were so helpful & friendly. The location great with easy access to public transportation, Uber pick ups and in the center of the shopping & food market buzz. This said, my room was dark and silent at night, you would not know it was in the center of the action. The amenities, in the room and in the lobby, were amazing. I would definitely stay here again and reccomend it.

The only negative thing I have to say is that the dryer’s in the laundry room take entirely too long to dry your clothes. The staff was probably the nicest most accommodating staff I’ve ever encountered in all my years of traveling. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and I will be back.

Exceptional staff who go above and beyond. The hotel is very clean, and the location gives you access to everything. The beds are quite comfortable. I agree with others that the rooms are on the smaller side which are accurately reflected in the pics when you select your room during booking.
