３泊しました。 １泊目の朝、オプショナルツアーでピックアップ時刻が朝食が取れないくらい早かったですが、チェックイン時に早朝ルームサービスを細かな食事内容にて、手配していただき助かりました。その後、ピックアップ時刻がさらに早くなったので、フロントにルームサービスの時間を早めていただきましたが、翌朝、とても充実した朝食を正確な時刻に届けていただけました。 ホテルの部屋、設備は清潔でとても良くて、また、地下にはデパ地下、飲食店も充実していて、地下鉄へのアクセスは近く、地下で繋がっていて雨の日にも安心です。

Our stay at The Grand Lotte Hotel Seoul was exceptional from check in to check out. Every step of the process was smooth, and every member of the staff we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Splurging on the Executive Tower with La Cime access was absolutely worth it. It covered breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour, which made it effectively breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was truly Michelin level, with beautifully prepared and presented dishes like king crab, lamb chops, and beef tenderloin, among so many other options. The quality and variety were remarkable, and we left every meal fully satisfied. The lounge sits on the 34th floor, so every meal comes with a stunning view overlooking the city, including Seoul Tower. We had a small issue with our room on our last night and the response was outstanding. From the housekeeping staff all the way up to the general manager, everyone was aware of it and addressed it immediately. The communication was excellent and the attention to detail was impressive. It is rare to see that level of ownership across an entire team. The location and views cannot be beat. The hotel sits above the Lotte Department Store, so luxury shopping is right at your doorstep, and street food and nightlife are only a five minute walk away. I would happily stay here again and would not hesitate to book the Executive Tower with La Cime access. Highly recommended!

Outstanding experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room and all the hotel areas was perfection. The room felt very luxurious and had plenty of space for all our luggage without being at all cluttered. The location was ideal as it was connected to a wonderful high-end department store and had an expansive food court with dozens of incredibly tasty food options. There was also a complete grocery store for those that would rather compose their own meals. My wife and I had an exceptional experience and we look forward to our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a memorable visit to Seoul.

We booked the deluxe room in the main tower without access to the club lounge. We didnt use the pool, spa or gym so i can't rate that amenities. But i would like to highlight the excellent service from our housekeeping(room was super clean, organized no dust or smell, quality of things they use in the room. Even the hair dryer they provide is dyson. High quality. The only thing they can probably improve is the bed quality. Its a little hard for my liking but it is just a personal opinion. But overall room and online service for housekeeping 5 stars! If they said 10 min, less than 10 min every single day they arrived with what you need. Nathan to the person who assist with our luggage the moment we arrived on the side of the hotel took our luggage to our room. The check in desk, the organizational and staff attentiveness i have never seen in other hotels. It is so convenient that it is just in front of our bus stop from the klimousine bus from incheon airport, hotel is directy connected to lotte mall with foodcourt just in the basement the subway station too. Overall, i cant say enough positive things to hotel and staff. I will surely stay here again next time we visit seoul

This is a true 5-star hotel that fully deserves its rating. It features a lovely lobby, beautiful rooms, and is exceptionally clean. Additionally, it is conveniently located close to all the action.

This was the first time I ever experienced a 5-star hotel and I must say it was pretty amazing. I’m still sore over being charged an extra $1050 just to add my wife as a second guest. The hotel said it was all Expedia that did not work it out with me. I’m still digging up the original booking.

Outstanding! Staff are very courteous. Room/linen- sheets -towels/ smell of the room/amenities/are all excellent. Only one suggestion: There’s two bathrobe - good quality, however, I recommend to make the other bathrobe bigger than the other one- for man size. My husband was not able to use it as it was small for him. Overall - excellent!!
