Stole my money....

I booked and was charged $70 for a room here. I arrived at 10pm. There was a sign on the door saying to contact a certain number โ€œafter hoursโ€. I tried multiple times to no success. I knocked on the door until another guest answered. I was let into the hostel but wasnโ€™t able to enter any rooms since they were all under keypad locks. I was never contacted back by the host and they refused to give me a refund on my stay.
