The rooms are modern and clean, and my room was cleaned every day. Air conditioning worked well, which was important in the hot weather. The staff spoke good English and were helpful when I needed amenities like a fork. Also, the neighborhood is relatively quiet, and so I didn't have to worry about noise like I would in Myeongdong. And it is easy to catch a cab or bus to Myeongdong if I wished to go there at night. The hotel is conveniently located, and there are convenience stores and coffee shops nearby (although the coffee shops close at 10 pm). The subway station is nearby, so it was easy to travel to places like Gangnam, Gyeongbuk Palace, or Hongdae.

Enjoyed the ability to use laundry and the clean rooms. I did the economy room which was quite small but I didn't mind it. Air conditioning is pretty nice. Staff were always available to help. I liked that the hotel is in a convenient location. It's not directly in a busy area either, it's tucked in an alley. The alley also has a good restaurant for soups near the hotel.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is in a narrow alley, so if you travel alone with a big luggage you might need to think twice. The drain pipe in shower room is not able to digest the water from shower so water would float into the toilet area. Otherwise, it is a place to consider to stay.

The bus stop from airport bus to the hotel was super close, close to parks,museums, bus stops and subways. Restaurants and shopping places close to the hotel. Rooftop with a very nice view and had washing machine available.

Great heating inside the rooms, they provide shampoo + conditioner + body wash bottles which get replaced daily, great convenient location near jongno 3ga station, and I also liked the blackout blinds on the window . Room is small but functional, and bathroom is a good size with shower separate from the rest of the bathroom. Great value stay, would stay again!

The room fit our needs as a couple with good storage. It is a bit smaller than normal hotel rooms but still had a good layout. The room was clean. The staff at the front desk were always very friendly and spoke English. It felt safe even though the entrance was in an alleyway. This place is close to places to eat and really close to the subway system which is really convenient. Great place to stay for the price and proximity to all things you will want in travelling.
