We are foreigners and the staff were so kind and patient with us. All the staff we met were bilingual and helped provide information to us. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the subway. We would absolutely go back.

We were extremely happy with this accomodation, and lucky to find such a convenient, comfortable and flexible stay in Gangnam. The property was very well kept, easy check-in, access to water and towels as needed, even without the presence of a counter, there were staff available for enquiries, who helped so much with luggage storage when we checked out and they kindly helped arrange transportation to the airport later in the day. Highly rated for value and convenience to local bakery's, restaurants, the COEX and metro, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Goyoo and their team for a wonderful stay.

お部屋は思ったより広くとても清潔で、シャワーの水の出もよく、とても良かったです。 ただ、自分の確認不足だったのですが、今回3泊4日で利用させていただいた中で、一度も清掃が入りませんでした。エレベーターホールの棚に新しいタオルとペットボトルのお水、その隣にゴミ箱が設置されてました。清掃が要らない人にはとても良いホテルでしたが、毎日清掃が入ってほしい人には向いてないホテルです。 あと、配管位置のせいだと思いますが、夜中に水音がすごくしました。 また、周辺に飲食店が多いのも良かったのですが、あまり治安がいいとは言えません。ファッションホテル街だと思いますので、気になる方は向いてないと思います。

チェックインは自動、韓国語以外の言語も選択できるので不便なく、お部屋もとても広々かつ綺麗に整えられていました。枕元に隔週充電ケーブルがあるのもよかったです。 壁や扉厚み等の関係か外や隣からの音が少し気になるかもしれません。初日隣の部屋からの音で眠れずチャットにて相談させてもらいました。その場で解決はできませんでしたが夜中でも相談できる環境(多言語で)があることは有り難かったです。 帰りがけも自動チェックアウトができずどうしようと思っていたところに声かけてくださって、咄嗟に英語も韓国語も出てこず日本語で伝えてしまいましたがにこやかに対応してくださって助かりました。

객실 난방이 히터가 아니라 보일러라 너무 좋았구요, 무인 호텔이지만 직원분들이 상주하고 계셔서 짐 맡길때나 오며가며 마주쳤는데 친절하게 응대해주셔서 기분이 좋았습니다. 방 안에 창도 커서 환기할 때 좋았구요, 침구도 좋았습니다. 지내는 동안 청소 요청은 안했는데, 생수나 수건이 복도에 비치되어 있는 점도 편했습니다. 다만 시설적인 문제로 화장실 배관 물흐르는 소리가 제법 크게 들렸는데 화장실 문 닫으면 괜찮아서 다음 출장시에도 이용하고 싶어요!

フロントはなく、チェックイン時にスタッフがでてきてくれて丁寧に説明を受け、あとはカードキーで自由に出入りができるスタイルでした。部屋はシンプルで綺麗、タオルも清潔でした。歯ブラシがないので自分で用意が必要です。コンビニ、カフェが回りに多く便利。地下鉄2号線の駅が近く便利。HYUNDAI百貨店、アジア最大ショッピングモールが徒歩圏内でお土産購入困りませんでした。また利用したいです。
