The hotel is in the best location between Seoul station and city hall. There is a road behind just lined with restaurants. The staff were amazing. The room was nice and spacious with separate sitting area. We had a corner room with a view out onto the road and a side view of the N Seoul tower.

Very comfortable room with a great location. Fantastic aspect to the Sungnyemun Gate. They have a fantastic roof top bar that overlooks the city. Staff are really friendly and helpful. We had a military exercise warning when we were there and they helped to understand that. Overall, great place to stay as a foreigner.

Excellent stay! Rooms are bright and large, the hotel location is excellent; close to transit, airport bus, buses and walkable to many attractions. The sauna/baths are very nice and clean, and the gym is really well stocked for a hotel. I lived in Seoul for years and return to visit; this is now my go-to hotel. I will absolutely return.

Great location, friendly and very helpful staff with good English, cannot comment on food as we didn't have breakfast. I thought the mattress was too hard, the staff tried to help, but even a second topper didn't help-I guess just different ways of sleeping. Had a great view of the Namdaemun gate from our room and even got a birthday bote in the room for my daughter's birthday. Can totally recommend.

Room is quite large, comfortable and well lit with windows. Location is excellent and close to everything! Sauna and spa well maintained. Noise was very minimal and barely audible. Floating floorboards creek quite loudly and not ideal especially at night when others are sleeping. Check-in process was a bit dis-organised and could also be improved. Overall a great stay!

overall, the room was clean, with the exception of 1 day. Luna was extremely helpful, during check-in and check-out. She was also very helpful with restaurant and food recommendations. 1st meal in seoul was going to a nearly korean bbq place that she had recommended. yum! good location - it is close to 2 stations (7-10 min walk) but not ideal if you have problems walking. great hotel and loved the in-room laundry machine (premier room). in-room dining was also good. will stay here again.
