Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and great access to the subway and bus. The only thing to note is that, if I remember correctly, there wasn’t an in-room safe if you’re concerned about storing valuables

They let us dropped off our luggages for 4 days until we returned from Japan . They helped us alot ! What a relief, so we don't have to carry all the Oliver Young shopping to Japan. The archecture design of the newly built hotel was amazing ! Love it very much ! The only thing is missing is a full body mirror. But still , will return to this hotel next time.

It is very nice and simple, comfortable space. Very clean, and water bottles, good towels, bathrobe. And in the morning, they cooked good tasted chabata or maffin. Cafe at the front of the hotel was good also. But one thing that I request, is cleaning the drain outlet of the bathroom. The water was full up in the bathroom.

Room 704, corner suite. Had 2 balconies which was pleasant to have sone fresh air enter every now and then. Beds and sheets were comfortable. Room included a small fridge (no freezer), shampoo, conditioner and body wash, slippers. You mist provide your own toiletries (you can purchase a toiletry set for 1000 Won. Floors were heated (instructions provided in the room) and AC available. TV had Netflix etc apps. Shower and bath did not have any screens/curtains so water ends up all over the bathroom floors. Only a single mirror (located in the bathroom). Free water (in plastic bottles) provided. Cafe located on B1 level. Hotel was very pleasant to stay at, staff were very friendly, spoke Korean anqd English. We will stay here again.
