I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking this property. My stay here was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. 1. Poor Location: The hotel is NOT located in the main central area of Dongdaemun and is far from the nearest metro station. 2. Terrible Hygiene: The bathroom had a serious bug problem. 3. Major Safety Concerns: Someone pressed my doorbell in the middle of the night. To make matters worse, the door had no peep hole and no door security chain, making it impossible to see who was outside or secure the room from the inside. As a solo traveler, I felt completely terrified and unsafe. 4. Non-Existent Customer Support: When these issues occurred, I tried contacting the hotel immediately, but they completely ignored me. Even Expedia’s customer service couldn't reach them! Because of this, Expedia had to transfer me to another hotel the next day. 5. Extremely Rude Host: Instead of apologizing, the hotel sent two messages the next day with an unbelievably rude and offensive tone. They refused to take responsibility, accused me of "making trivial nitpicks," and insultingly suggested that my personal belongings brought the bugs in. Do not waste your money or risk your safety staying here.

동대문빌즈호텔은 전체적으로 깔끔하고 필요한 게 다 잘 갖춰져 있어서 편하게 쉬기 좋은 곳입니다. 가성비 좋은 숙소를 찾으신다면 만족스러우실 거예요. 무엇보다 키오스크로 무인 체크인과 체크아웃이 진행돼서 기다릴 필요 없이 빠르게 입퇴실할 수 있는 점이 정말 편리했습니다. 눈치 볼 필요 없이 깔끔하게 이용할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 객실에 들어서자마자 느껴지는 쾌적함도 맘에 들었고, 침대가 크고 푹신해서 밤에 정말 깊게 잠들었습니다. 방음도 잘 되는 편이라 외부 소음이나 복도 소리 신경 쓰이지 않고 조용하게 휴식을 취할 수 있었습니다. 위생 상태부터 침구 편안함, 편리한 무인 시스템까지 가격 대비 알차게 챙긴 느낌입니다. 동대문 쪽에서 가성비 있고 편안한 숙소 찾으신다면 추천해 드립니다

요즘 지친 일상에서 벗어나 혼자만의 시간이 필요해서 동대문 빌즈호텔로 혼캉스를 다녀왔어요. 무인 시스템이라 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 눈치 보지 않고 정말 간편하게 이용할 수 있었습니다.전체적으로 군더더기 없이 깔끔하고 세련된 인테리어가 마음에 쏙 들었고, 무엇보다 푹신한 침구와 쾌적한 위생 상태 덕분에 밤에 푹 잘 수 있었어요. OTT 서비스도 잘 되어 있어서 맛있는 음식 시켜 먹으며 영화 한 편 보고 쉬기에 딱이었습니다. 조용하고 아늑해서 혼자 재충전하기에 완벽했던 곳, 가성비 혼캉스 숙소로 적극 추천합니다!

5호선 답십리역까지가는 버스정류장이 바로 앞에 있어서 광장시장, 방산시장, 종로 같은 관광지로 이동하기 편리한 곳이에요. 늦은 시간에 방문했는데, 무인으로 운영되는 시스템이라 편리했어요! 객실은 아담한 사이즈구요. 전체적으로 깔끔했습니다. 특히 욕실이 청결하게 관리되어 있어서 좋았어요. 수압도 좋아서 물이 아주 잘 나왔어요. 기본으로 욕조가 있어서 반식욕 좋아하시는 분들 하시면 좋을꺼같아요~ 여름이라 잘 때 더우면 진짜 괴로운데 에어컨도 시원하게 잘 됐어요! 방안에 충전기가 안되서 연락드리니까 2층에 있는 서랍에 여분 충전기가 많이 구비되어있었습니다!!

동대문 근처에 일이 있어 갔다가 빌즈호텔에서 하룻밤 묵게되었어요~ 사진처럼 객실, 화장실 깨끗하고요. 치약, 칫솔, 폼클렌징, 샴푸, 린스, 샤워젤 등 어메니티가 있어 다른 거 챙길 필요가 없어서 좋았어요. 수건도 1인 2장씩 있고요. 2층에 스낵바가 있어서 추가 생수, 정수기, 커피, 전자레인지를 따로 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다~ 에어컨도 빵빵 잘 나와서 시원합니다. 그리고 와이파이 잘 터지고, 티비로 OTT 방송 시청할 수 있어서 좋더라고요~ 침구도 깨끗하고 포근해서 편안하게 꿀잠잤습니다! 근처에 동대문시장, 창경궁, 종묘 등과 가까워서 다음날 친구랑 궁투어 했어요~ 깔끔해서 다음에 동대문 근처오면 또 이용하려고요!

이번에 동대문 쪽에 볼일이 있어서 빌즈호텔 동대문점에 묵고 왔어요 입구에 가니까 비대면 무인 키오스크가 있어서 기다리지 않고 바로 셀프 체크인을 할 수 있는 점이 정말 편리했어요 객실 내부는 깔끔하고 정돈이 잘 되어 있어서 기분이 좋았어요 방 안에 컴퓨터도 있고 OTT 서비스도 다양하게 볼 수 있어서 침대에 누워 밀린 드라마를 보며 제대로 힐링 했습니다ㅎㅎ 욕실에는욕조까지 마련되어 있어서 하루의 피로를 싹 풀기에 안성맞춤 숙소네요 숙소에 머물다 보면 수건이 모자라서 곤란할 때가 종종 있는데 여기는 기본적으로 수건을 넉넉하게 챙겨주셔서 머무는 내내 편하게 사용했어요 혹시나 필요한 어메니티나 추가 생수, 전자레인지 등은 2층 셀프바나 층별 수건함에 깔끔하게 구비되어 있어서 눈치 보지 않고 이용할 수 있더라고요 동대문시장이나 광장시장, 종묘 같은 주변 명소와도 걸어서 가기 좋은 위치라 동대문 근처 깔끔한 숙소를 찾으신다면 추천드려요

호텔의 성지!!! 깔끔한 인테리어가 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 잘 정돈된 객실 및 욕실에서 편안한 휴식을 즐길 수 있었고 편안하게 묵을 수 있는 공간이기에 피로를 싹 날려버릴 수 있었습니다. 주변 명소인 동대문시장, 광장시장, 방산장, 종묘, 창경궁 등과 가까워서 뛰어난 접근성을 기반으로 서울 여행에 안성 맞춤인 최적인 호텔이었습니다. 무인으로 운영하기에 부담이 없었고 교통편도 좋아서 버스 정류장 바로 앞이기에 이동하기에도 최적이었습니다. 완전 강력추천드려요 ㅎㅎ

서울에서 일정 끝나고 편하게 쉬려고 방문한 숙소인데 객실 들어가자마자 깔끔하게 정돈된 분위기가 너무 좋았어요. 침구 상태도 깨끗하고 전체적으로 먼지 없이 관리가 잘 되어 있어서 머무는 내내 쾌적하게 이용했습니다 :) 화장실도 깔끔하게 정리되어 있었고 물때나 불편한 부분 없이 청결해서 만족스러웠어요! 객실 내부 조명이나 인테리어도 아늑한 느낌이라 하루 푹 쉬기 딱 좋은 분위기였습니다. 셀프로 수건, 물 스낵바 이용이 가능해서 편리하더라구요. 전자레인지도 있고 커피머신까지 사용하기 좋았습니다! 동대문시장, 광장시장, 종묘 같은 서울 명소들과도 가까워서 이동하기 편했고 주변에 편의시설도 많아 위치 만족도도 높았어요~~ 조용하고 편안하게 쉬기 좋은 숙소 찾는 분들께 추천하고 싶은 곳입니다!

동대문 근처에서 숙소 찾다가 빌즈호텔에 묵었는데 전체적으로 호텔 분위기가 깔끔하고 세련돼서 만족스러웠어요. 건물 외관부터 고급스럽고 내부 인테리어도 정돈된 느낌이라 들어가자마자 기분이 좋았습니다. 객실이 깔끔하게 관리되어 있었고 침구 상태도 편안해서 푹 쉬다 갈 수 있었어요. 욕실은 대리석으로 되어 있어서 생각보다 훨씬 고급스러운 느낌이 났고 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 클렌저 같은 어메니티도 잘 준비되어 있어 편리했습니다. 전체적으로 청결 상태가 좋아서 머무는 동안 쾌적하게 이용할 수 있었어요. 위치도 좋아서 동대문시장, 광장시장, 방산시장, 종묘, 창경궁 등 주변 명소 이동하기 편했고 여행 동선 짜기에도 좋았습니다. 가성비 좋게 깔끔한 호텔 찾는 분들께 추천하고 싶어요.

출장으로 동대문쪽 방문할때마다 예약하는 빌즈호텔 이번만 두번째 방문입니다👍 가격도 적당하고 깔끔해서 자주 재방문으로 머무는 곳으로 이번에는 스탠다드룸으로 예약했는데 2명이 머물기에도 적당하고 깔끔한 구조고 이번 객실은 욕조가 있어서 가볍게 반신욕같은 스파도 가능했어요 침대 정면에는 큼직한 스마트가 비치되어 있어서 넷플릭스랑 유튜브도 즐기기도 좋았다는 점!! 무인호텔이라 사람 마주칠일도 거의 없고 2층 셀프바에는 건강음료와 커피 각종비품들이 비치되어 있어 자유롭게 이용이 가능해서 좋더라구요 도보로 경동시장, 청량리시장 이동가능하고 동대문시장등 유명명소 방문하기에 접근성도 좋네요 다음에 또 방문할게요!!

다음날 동대문 근처 일정 때문에 방문했는데 시장이나 종묘랑 가까워서 접근성 아주 좋음. 객실 들어가자마자 침대도 크고 깔끔하게 잘 정돈되어 있어서 첫인상부터 합격. 방에 컴퓨터도 있어서 웹서핑 하기도 편하고, tv로 영화감상 가능. 침대 바로 옆 탁자에서 야식 즐기기에도 동선이 딱 좋음. 화장실도 금 간 곳 없이 엄청 깨끗하게 관리되어 있어서 머무는 내내 쾌적했음. 2층 셀프바에서 추가 수건, 생수, 와인잔, 충전기까지 필요한 것들 셀프로 챙길 수 있는 게 좋았음. 직원 안 부르고 직접 하는 방식이라 개인적으로 훨씬 편했고 쉬는데 필요한 건 다 갖춰져 있어서 만족함.

지방에서 서울 올 일이 있어서 방문했어요. 일단 동대문쪽이라 위치적으로 무척 좋았고요. 주차 공간도 3대 정도 있었고, 전체적으로 깨끗하게 잘 관리된 느낌이었습니다. 가격도 저렴한 편이라 가성비가 무척 좋은 느낌입니다. 2층에는 간단한 스낵바가 있어서 음료 종류랑 물이랑 커피, 얼음도 이용할 수 있어서 편했어요. 또 좋은 점은 방에 컴퓨터랑 공기청정기도 있더라고요~ tv도 당연히 있고요! 고데기랑 드라이기도 있고 샴푸 컨디셔너 바디워시 일회용 칫솔세트도 있어서 넘 편했어요😊 업체에서 지원받고 솔직하게 쓴 후기입니다.

Achei essa acomodação de ultima hora, após não gostar do local que eu havia escolhido anteriormente e felizmente foi uma boa escolha. O quarto é bem equipado, o banheiro é excelente, tem elevador. Fica uns 20m a pé da estação, mas o onibus passa na porta, achei conveniente, voltaria a me hospedar.
