강남에 갑자기 출장이라 이용하겠되었지만, 해도해도 너무 한것 같다. 모텔을 호텔이라고 올려 놓지를 않나 내가 보고 계약한 방이 아니라 다른 방을 주지를 않나...모텔과 호텔의 기본적인 개념 조차 없는가?? 곰팡이 냄새 때문에 이틀동안 너무 너무 괴로웠다. 호텔스닷컴 조차 신뢰가 가지를 않는다... 완전 비추

bad hotel！

checking办理费尽周折，耗子洞一般的酒店前台一直说查不到预订。我明明两个月前就在hotels.com全款预付了。给预订号码也查不到，周折了1个半小时才入住。我们到达酒店都10点多了，还带着5岁半的孩子。 酒店难道不懂先给我们安排休息吗？？非常垃圾的酒店，根本不想正式酒店，完全是lovehotel的风格！

Fancy room, great location

This stay was for my friends and I and it was a beautiful room with a large bathtub that could fit two people with jets. That is a bonus in my books! The only issue was the lighting was very dim.
