The downstairs lobby was beautiful, but you feel like there was a bait and switch when you get upstairs to your room. The smell was so bad until you opened the window and aired your room. The room was small and made me think it was a remodeled motel. The beds were clean along with the bathroom. Unfortunately I didn’t get to sleep much because it was like sleeping on boards. It was great as a break, but I wouldn’t live in the hotel.

Benikea was in a good location! Still walkable to the downtown area. Room was clean and spacious, with a large bathtub and great views out the window. The bed is the firmer Korean style, but I like that more than the soft western beds. Breakfast buffet is extremely nice and worth it for a slow relaxing morning. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. :)

체크인할때 직원분이 통화중이었는데 양해도안구하고 눈길도안주고 세워두더군요..점점화가날쯤에 다른직원이 뛰어와서 체크인해주셨는데 좀 당황스럽더군요 시설은깨끗하고 다좋았는데 Tv가 ㅎㅎㅎ엄청작은데 놀랬습니다 Tv사이즈는 진지하게 생각해보시는게 어떠신지.. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

다좋은데 암막커튼이아니라는점 ..정문쪽창가가있는 객실에서 숙박했는데 커튼을 다 닫아도 눈부셔서 잠을잘수가없네요. 베개는 너무높구요. 방음은잘되는편입니다.조식은 매우훌륭합니다.대신 카페라떼나 카푸치노가없이 아메리카노만 가능하더라구요.주차공간이 많아서좋지만 주말에는 웨딩행사차량들로 복잡할것같네요. 그래도 별5개드리고싶은 만족스러운 호텔입니다.

개심사 벚꽃구경 갔다가 여기서 하루 묵었는데 일요일 저녁이라 그런지 조용하고 깨끗했습니다.10층에 묵었는데 창문을 열면 공조기 돌아가는 소리가 조금 거슬렸습니다. 하루 편하게 쉬다 왔습니다.

객실과 화장실은 깨끗하며, 화장실 수압도 좋았고, 따뜻한물도 바로나왔습니다. 침대는 부드럽습니다. 둘이 누웠을때 한사람이 움직이면 멀미날정도로 흔들립니다. 조식은 스프나 국이 미지근했습니다. 호텔 조식인데 메뉴가 가격에 비해 빈약합니다.
