“The hotel is excellent for a budget hotel. I did not personally stay in it. I booked for my mother in law and father in law. They said the hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The only problem was the room they stayed was in was a bit small. ”

“The location was good with food and entertainment at your doorstep. The staff were very helpful and respectful. The room cleaning was intermittent with partial cleaning done when they did come. Room service was difficult due to language barrier. The food was very good though for the room service and breakfast.”

“The best location to stay in Banjarmasen , Hotel is safe and secure with good security , Hotel is built on a shopping centre so its the best location for walk to shopping from your hotel room , I have stayed here four times over the years and i will stay again in the future ,”

“I have stayed in other hotels in banjarbaru but they were not nearly as nice as the upscale hotels in banjarmasin, until now. Grand maya is on the same level as the best of banjarmasin with a better price point as of now, and although I was unsure about being in the middle of both cities it actually worked out better as i I travel to both.”

“Ok”

“El hotel está descuidado no encienden los aires acondicionado en el restaurante y en el lobby con lo que si quieres estar fresco no puedes salir de la habitación hay pocas opciones para comer en el restaurante no prestan atención a la hora de preparar las cosas por ejemplo pedí un smoothie de fresa y durazno y me trajeron un vaso de leche con sirope de fresa en general he quedado muy decepcionado de mi estadia”

“Good”

“It was nice and the people were very helpful. Nice view. They brought us ice. Nice cafe. Good air conditioning.”

“There are so many good things I can say about this hotel. Especially the staff they wete comuniysyed”

“The staff overall were nice, but id say for the cleaning crew they need to clean the mirrors and a few times the dirty coffee mugs were not changed. As for parking its a tight space but there will be guys to assist you with parking and getting out.”

“kamarnya bau rokok, padahal sudah pesan non smoking room. kamar pesan untuk 2 orang, tapi sikat gigi, handuk, sandal hanya disediakan untuk 1 orang.”

“Mildew in the shower. Bare minimum supplies”
